This was a great find by one of our Fort Worth Texas home inspectors. There is sewer water backing up into the shower when the sink drain lines were tested. The bath tub was discovered to be slow draining and contributed to the water back up into the shower.

After this was discovered and reported to the buyer, the buyer had the sewer lines scoped with a camera and discovered damaged waste pipes under the foundation slab.
