We pride ourselves on charging a fair rate but providing much more for our fee. Plus, the peace of mind knowing everything you can about your financial investment makes our fee a very small price when compared to the potential cost of repairs that may be needed later.
It is important to us that we provide the most competitive and efficient home inspection for your needs, so we prefer to quote our inspections individually based on the specifics of your situation.

PRE-INSPECTION AGREEMENT
We encourage you to attend the inspection if at all possible. If you are unable to attend the entire inspection, please try to make arrangements to attend the final hour of the inspection so we can personally share with you our findings, answer your questions and address any concerns you may have.
We also ask that you please take this opportunity to review and finalize your inspection agreement. If you have any questions in regards to the inspection agreement please contact our office. The inspection agreement can be signed at the inspection site, faxed or emailed to our office.
(Note: It is our company policy that no reports will be released until a signed inspection agreement is received.)
