Our inspectors are active member of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (TAREI) and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Both organizations work to provide continuing education and promote a professional code of ethics for its members. A-Action Realty Inspection Services offers a 120-day Subterranean Termite (renewable) warranty. If you choose not to renew, your free warranty expires after 120 days. This also entitles you to a free annual termite inspection on your yearly renewal date. Termites are the most destructive insect pests of wood in the United States. They cause more property damage than that caused by fire and wind storms combined.
